Overview

The Active Oxygen Disinfectant is an eco-friendly disinfectant made by membrane separation technology to prepare active oxygen derivatives. Its main ingredients include food-grade raw materials such as active oxygen and hydrogen peroxide. It achieves sterilization by releasing active oxygen free radicals that damage the cell membranes and protein structures of pathogens. It effectively eliminates bacterial propagules and is effective against the majority of viruses and microbial pathogens.

The product acts rapidly within 5–15 minutes and allows real-time concentration monitoring using DPD colorimetry and portable active oxygen rapid detection devices. It is chlorine-free, alcohol-free, and decomposes into oxygen and water after use, enabling green disinfection, sterilization, and deodorization in various research laboratories and precision workshops.

Ingredients

Active oxygen (content: 22.6%), hydrogen peroxide, auxiliaries, buffer gel.

Features

- Effective sterilization rate: 99.99%

- Chlorine-free and alcohol-free

- Safe, non-irritating, non-toxic, harmless, and free of side effects

Benefits

- Highly effective broad-spectrum action that rapidly kills bacterial propagules and is effective against the majority of viruses and microbial pathogens.

- Effectively eliminates microorganisms on equipment surfaces, prevents cross-contamination, causes no damage to precision instruments, and purifies the environment.

- Non-toxic, non-irritating, non-corrosive, and residue-free.

Applications

Laboratories and precision workshops, such as those in microelectronics, biomedicine, optical devices, and other enclosed production lines and spaces.

Usage and Dosage

- Can be applied using cabinet sprayers or high-speed aerosol cans for vaporization or spray operations.

- After disinfection and sterilization, maintain a dry environment.

Precautions

1. Strictly control concentration and humidity to avoid aging effects on materials such as rubber and plastic.

2. No need to avoid people during disinfection. If accidentally exposed to eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

3. Store in a cool place.
